Kelly sings the parts of all the characters. starts off with R.Kelly banging a woman (kind of too old to be believable), her husband coming home, him hiding in the closet, his phone going of, him getting pulled over by a cop who is doing the dirty with his wife, who he was introduced to by the buttbuddy of the gay pastor husband of the woman r.Kelly was cheating with.

me: have you seen trapped in the closet yet?
person: no, is that like a new movie or something?
me: they play it on BET when they play videos! its r.kelly's soap opera. you gotta see it.

When someone is homosexual but for whatever reason will not tell others and often pretend to be straight, though it is obvious to everyone around them they are not be straight due to social cues and stereotypical ways of dressing or acting around those of the same sex. Though they may be in the closet, it is obvious to everyone as the light in the closet gives away their presence within the otherwise dark walls of denial.

Observer 1:"Hey did you see the way she was flirting with all of those girls at the softball game yesterday?"
Observer 2: "Yeah I guess but doesn't she consider herself straight?"
Observer 1: "I'm not too sure about that, I'd say she is in the closet with the light on."

A shit in the closet person is someone who is really just a bad, shit and all round poor excuse for a human being who instead of accepting their shitness and making people aware of this they choose to instead hide it, hence the term 'shit in the closet'. Society today is full of shit in the closet people who need to be exposed, some are more crafty than others and are very good at hiding their shitness. when you have had a bad encounter with a shit in the closet person you will often be left with long lasting emotional, heartache and shame. Shame that you let yourself be fooled, tricked or manipulted.
