When a man is acting like "Mr. Big Shot" by using his money and he uses it to control others, people he barley knows so he throws his money around- giving it away and spending big in front of people to win them over and try to make it looks like he's important and well liked.......when the truth is he is a loser, a nobody, has to buy his friends, and has a insane fear of people not liking him and very low self esteem.
