By doing so, they lower a person's self-esteem, position in the team and try to be perceived as knowledgable/responsible.

A community fire is when a community (for example: kpop, gaming, and tv communities) have something very surprising and special happen to them that causes the whole community to panic and freak out. The term was made in the Jacksepticeye community around 2016. It was mainly used in that community to alert people of three scary games, ego content, and scary things.
