A "Joshy C", is a person, usually a teenage boy, who tends to be pansexual, have an incredibly abnormal facial complexity, misogynistic, likes being pegged, looks like a swollen toad, often dons a 'Santa hat' and proclaims that he is in fact "Christmas josh".
