It is used when someone fails to do an idotically simple tas-like dropping the ice while you're taking it from one table to another.Moreover,this one fails the task in a very awkward way.

Mother:Son,could you give me the salt.
Son:Here you...a..re(son drops it just before he gives it to her)
Mother:Oh...you just did drop the ice,my son!
Son:Yes,I did,mother.Yes,I did.
