Bird-dog

Aight I only went through page 1 but I haven't seen the definition I'm used to. In construction, bird-dogging is when you stand there watching someone work while doing fuck all yourself. Usually the bird-dog is a safety guy doing an audit or a foreman with nothing better to do. If you're unlucky, it's the supernintendo looking for a reason to turf your ass.
