Bum Spray

When a homeless alcoholic has a hard night of drinking and then sprays diarrhea in the morning all over a public toilet or the wall of a squat.

This is generally from the fact that the alcoholic cannot get to the toilet fast enough, after searching many places over for a public restroom.

I was going to use the toilet in the park but it had bum spray all over it.
