These specific douches enter the supreme douche pizza arena once they combine the natural douchieness of a douche with added antics, like gloating about finances, warming one's hands as if in genuflection, or smiling at awkward moments. *Note: These supreme douche pizzas typically have prominent dimpled cheeks when they grin.
