Ukrainian Bobsled 

A Ukrainian Bobsled is a term used to describe a process in which you shave or wax a girl's entire body, and then four guys ride her down a slide of some sort.

A Ukrainian Bobsled can also be a noun describing the woman being ridden.

"There is only one of her and four of us. Guess we're going to have to do the Ukrainian Bobsled"
