Hate Lurk

Secretly hate watching while someone does something that irritates you.

A hate filled, blood boiling stare you make unbeknown to the person it is directed toward.

As I sipped my morning coffee and stared out the window, I couldn't help it but to hate lurk as my methed out roommate tore up my vegetable garden.

Tough hate

Tough hate is when you suggest a corrective action for a person, but you are doing it out of hate, as opposed to tough love.

"I feel like someone needs to punch her in the neck to keep her from saying anything more."
"That seems harsh."
"I'm just saying this out of a sense of tough hate."

Hating a person a friend or ally hates, as a show of solidarity. Co-hating does not preclude hating the individual in question on his or her own merits, but acknowledges that your friend's hate takes precedence.

Girl: "My roommate sucks."

Girl 2: "I'm co-hating him *right now*."

Hate Bait

purposefully hating on something/someone to generate online advertisement revenue.

Often referencing pop-culture or recent trends/event that will become insignificant in short time.

(1) The video "Dear Fat People" is clearly Hate Bait, as its only purpose it to get attention (views) through the use of hate speech.

(2) Everyone is reacting on TheFineBros for their ReactWorld format. Not because they want to provide a thoughtful discussion on the topic, but because they want to jump on the "hate" bandwagon and get some easy revenue.
