The term refers to the toxic side of kpop fandoms, which are a loud minority that give a bad reputation to the majority of kpop stans that involve in charity work, activism and mind their own bussines; the term was started by D'Angelo Wallace.

A: Those k-flops don't have anything better to do with their lives besides spamming fancams.
B: Why can't they be like normal kpop stans. K-flops are always so toxic.
