Lance's are the type of people to get good grades but say they're dumb. They always have a right hand man that has a somewhat common name (ex. Troy, Eric, etc.). They are usually good at acting dumb around some people and the smart around others.

A Lance exumes a certain NPC energy, making random quips at a given time and will walk with such a purpose that his walking presence alone lets you know who he is.

They are assumed dead when the yacht goes down in a storm. five years later Oliver is found alive and bring him back home. his father had killed himself to save Oliver and had begged Oliver to write his wrongs (he was a millionaire) and Oliver becomes the Arrow. Laurel then decides to join Oliver on his mission and becomes the Canarie.
