As someone who grew up there and graduated HPHS a Cross-country star + Drill team Belle (B/C being an HP Cheerleader = slut) I can honestly say that everything the "haters" say is true, EXCEPT: Everyone IS supremely educated. Even the "airhead" Moms are SUPREMELY educated. The Dads of HP wouldn't marry anything less. (This isn't FRISCO for heaven's sake.) Parents. Students. Everyone is VERY educated and MOST know better than to act "out-of-sorts" or against their bloodline, but alcohol and ABSENT parenting is a real problem and it causes even the most educated to act VERY low-brow.
