1.Action of taking too much G. Results are passing out, pissing yourself, shitting yourself and sometimes dieing.

2.Action of slipping G into your dates drink while she isn't looking. Result is a guaranteed wet dick at the end of the night.

To not go through with something; to not go with or not show up. To bail on a commitment such as a date or promise. (Popular during the '70s..a variation on a wrestling move called a "jap-out" where you escape your opponent.)

To dive to the ground and fully extend one's body in order to make a catch. The leaper turns his or her body horizontal, and does not intend to land on their feet. The Phrase is used when discussing a variety of sports, especially the sport of ultimate, in which layouts are common.

The quarterback threw that ball so low that the reciever needed to lay out to reach it.

A term used to describe the disheveled appearance of an individual, typically a female.
Sweat-pants, messy hair, saggy tits without a bra, stained clothing, tired eyes, 3 children on hip, all describe the "pooped-out" persona.

"I gotta go home and take a shower and change, I'm feeling real pooped out."
"I used to bang that pooped-out chick that works at the laundromat."
"I saw my ex last night. She had a couple illegitimate kids and is looking really pooped-out these days."
