Something, or someone, is referred to as dusty if when clapping they can light a stove, also when they wipe there head (PURE) white powder, like salt, emits from the contacted area

I do indeed appreciate my physically-inform buddy's offer to help me tidy up, but da prob is dat he isn't very steady on his feet or able to keep a proper grip on da pan when carrying it to da waste-bin, and so he usually spills some of its contents before he reaches his dustination.
