v. 1. to push a cow over to the ground while it sleeps, but this is difficult to do because cows do not sleep while standing.

v. 2. when you're having sex with a fat girl in bed, and you (accidentally or on purpose) push her off the bed and she falls.

When you push a fat chick off the bed, that's cow tipping.
