Someone who will avoid paying for anything at any cost, besides actual money. This person is usually worthless and will no amount to anything in life.

Mr. Braska didn't pay rent again and he took a hit of my bowl without asking. He's so stingy.

Stingemeister

Someone who is the MASTER of being STINGY. This term is usually used when someone neglects to pass the blizzy OR is too much of a butt nut to share the bottle etc.

"Dude, he totally excluded me from the blunt, what a stingemeister!"

"She had a bottle in her purse at the club all night and didn't share, STINGEMEISTER!"

Ring Sting

Extreme pain/discomfort/itching of the Anal Sphincter, and is usually too sore to wipe clean. The main causes are spicy foods, very large faeces, continuous diarrhoea, or anal sex, among others. Ring sting can be made less intense/painful by applying cold water.
