Moving rocks is a simple slang term for selling crack cocaine. Often used in a group of people whom aren't all aware that someone within the group is a drug dealer, so that the two drug users may converse inconspicuously.
User 1: "Hey Jordan, you still moving rocks?"
Non User: "What's that mean?"
Jordan: "Oh it's nothing, but yeah I do. We should kick it later."
User 2: "I'll come too."
Non User: "Whatever. Anyone want to catch a movie later?"
