A person who eats goldfish crackers but gets pissed if they don't smile back because "IT'S THE SNACK THAT SMILES BACK! GOLDFISH!"
Also a way of saying that one is mad of their goldfish snack not smiling back.
A person with a very sick and perverted mind.

Someone who sits behind a computer using Facebook as a platform to verbally quarrel about non-issues. The internet equivalent to people who say things like "What chu laughin' at?," " and "Say dat to ma face!"
