Depression is the worst thing you can ever go through in your life it’s a horrible feeling it drains you . You get up in a morning just to go back to sleep that night and there’s lots of horrible things that come along with it like self-harm,crying and even suicide😔

In the process of falling in you get hurt you become crazy and you pretend that everything is ok when it's not. When you ask for help you get out of the hole and then the person that helped you abandons you. Then you fall back in and get even more hurt and even more emotionally unstable and distressed

Depression is when you feel so emotionally terrible and ill that sometimes you feel like you don’t want to exist or just wanna fucking die every single day as you are falling into a never ending pit of sadness and melancholy. Sometimes you feel like it’s gonna be okay but then you feel it hit you and your face is drenched in tears. People throw this word around too much like “oh I’m so depressed” because you just wanna hide your hurting, especially when they post it online.
So people who haven’t felt depression before listen: if your family member, friend or just someone you know looks like they have depression.. talk to them. I would’ve killed myself if it hadn’t been for my mother asking me if I had depression.
