The strange, fake-tan, plasticine-yet-wrinkled look of one who has spent many a day, night, and morning at the slots. The cigarettes, coffee, and 'free' drinks have done a number on their complexion. Generally people with casino face will have a tucked-in Hawaiian shirt of some sort and perhaps a visor. Some day they will get lucky.

The aim is to purposefully contract HIV as a means to suicide, and is often the result of a spike of alchohol abuse combined with a severe mood swing due to unadressed underlying depression/lack of self worth. A horrendously misunderstood activity, which is made worse by lack of awareness.
