Sympathy Vampire

Someone who always seems down, depressed, have bad luck, in bad relationships. Someone who you always seem to be trying to cheer up, help emotionally and who just never seems to be happy with their lot in life. A little like an energy vampire you are drained

On forums a member who never seem to post happy threads, who always seems to be posting about how bad their life is and no matter how much you try to help or offer sympathy they continue to be miserable} to the point that you feel depressed everytime you read a thread of theirs, you feel in the grip of a energy vampire but they drain your sympathy away leaving nothing for someone who really needs it. A sympathy vampire eventually sucks the life from the forum

A great Band from San Francisco that mix Trip-Hop beats with Classical Music and Vocals. The Band Consist of Tina Root- Vocals, Susan Wallace- Synthesizers,Programming,Vocals, Robin Jacobs-Guitars, Bass, Drums Programming.
SBS started in the 1080's and endedin the late 1990's. Currently Tina Root is in her new project the Tre`lux.

The Switchblade Symphony is one of the best gothic band around.
