A word used to describe white people.Seeing as you cannot be racist to white people it does not have the same effect as the word Nigger.Once you have suffered through years of oppression and struggled for 400+years to be able to use the same taps or ride at the front of the bus then tell me about your oppression. One of Caucasian decent who is an in-the-closet-racist. Meaning that they only say their racism behind closed doors or with there friends. One who thinks by acting black is cool until they get knocked out for that because it is blatant racism. A white kid that says nigger or nigga only on Xbox Live. One who would never say it to an African- Americans face because of the consequences they would have to face. A racist white person.
