Why wouldn't an athlete feel like 100 percent was enough, especially when you're hardly ever near one hundred percent most of the time?

Two hundred percent seems like it would blow out the athlete before the athlete was finished with the season or retirement.

Bland, cowardly boring people with no personality who go out of their ways to constantly "do the good thing".
