A phrase coming from popular vines(kinda like the 21 kid). It originated from some ugly ass black guy who looks like he's got his braces fucked in a toaster when he was 12 . The initial phrase starts when this hobo prank calls his friend as he claims to have something in the mail to where he replies with "Deez nuts, HA gotee" (btw: I dont know what the fuck he means by gotee, I dont speak retard"). Today this bum is an internet sensation, which is good cos it doesn't look like he's been to College.
