Punised, pronounced "Pew-nihs-d" Is a saying that means that you are feeling punished, even though it's not a punishment, but a small thing or task you are required to do. The word idea came from "puny", "petty", and "punished", but all in one, plus a direct meaning.

The act became popular in late-2023 among college campuses and on social media especially on the Instagram account oldrowofficial. The act has been controversial and many have suggested that it is a form of alcohol abuse. The overwhelming majority of commentors to social media seem to agree that the act is stupid as it wastes beer, does not increase ones intoxication level, creates the illusion of one pissing ones pants, and leads to wet and often frigid testicles.
