A type of female who is really hyper and sometimes somewhat annoying. A Sammer can automatically make any situation really awkward and she laughs at really inappropriate times. She drinks alot and loves to party, and when she's drunk she sometimes confesses her love for her bestfriends. People get tired of her really easily and usually like her alter-ego alot better.

Samer is a toxic person who has very very big anger issues, and loves to irritate everyone around him. Samer loves to hit and hit, as if it was a game. Hes considered a pathalogical liar, but denies it. The worst punishment you can put upon yourself is argue with samer, not because you will lose, but because he will just yell and act like hes smart when he really isn't. Samer loves to emotionally mess with others minds and screw people up. He is very scary, you can never let your gaurd down when he comes near you. Sleep with one eye open when samer is in the building. He will turn on you .
