A word used by estate agents in the U.S. It means you are of a social class higher than people who just own a house. People who use this word usually also wear a cowboy hat and puff on cigars.

Get the Estate Agent's car mug.A slang (and might I say, realistic) term for Estabrook residence hall at Hofstra University on Long Island, New York. The term originated due to the fact that Estabrook is the ghetto-ist residence hall on campus. The elevators have a tendency to break, and are covered with graffitti and spit pools. Estabrook also supposedly houses the largest percentage of black people on campus, and therefore some of the wildest dorm parties. If you need weed, go to Estabrook. If you wanna spy on sexy athletes, go to Estabrook. Basically, if it's poppin..it's in Estabrook and everybody on campus knows it.

A small town with a diverse culture consisting of, rednecks, hillbillies,white trash, stoners, tweakers, hipsters, nudists, religious fanatics, neckbeards and rich people. Surrounded by rolling hills and rivers it's a great seasonal town just clinically depressive for long periods of time.
I went to visit estacada but I took a wrong turn and found my self face to face with a ten year old and his daddies shotgun.
