Owl City

Owl City is consisted of a man named Adam Young and guess what? He's not a one man band. He has percussionists, keyboardists, back up vocals, a violinist, and a cellist. Probably more. He has multiple albums, Ocean Eyes, Maybe I'm dreaming, All Things Bright and Beautiful, and the Midsummer Station. Many accuse him of being "gay" of "faggy" but they do not realize that music is truly about what the artist thinks, not about "getting low and funky and wanting to take a girl's clothes off". Young creates calm, yet feel good music which falls into its own category of Electronic music. All the people who think Owl City is a rippoff of the Postal Service do not realize that the Lady GaGa they adore is a rippoff from Madonna.

Addanac City

A web-comic by George Ford. By it's creator, it is compared to "Calvin and Hobbes". By everyone else, it is compared to the comics they used to draw back in elementary school.

Although none of the actual strips are funny, the whole comic is thought of as a joke by many comic strip fans, who read and enjoy good strips. The only "fans" of this strip are other cartoonists, who are just trying to promote their own comic.

Group of friends talking:

Person 1 - Dude, did you read the new Good in Theory comic?

Person 2 - Hell yeah! It was great! How about today's PvP?

Person 1 - Oh, definitely. That Panda War stuff was awesome.

Citrus Shawty

Similar to the term spicy. Can be used to describe someone who's really "tangy" and poppin'." Also can have a negative connation for someone who is too over the top or thinks they're "all that and a side of dip". Looks as if they can burn your eyes if you got too close

city pop

A genre of Japanese music that was popularized in the 1980's. City pop does not have a specific definition; almost any type of Japanese pop music that has some sort of western influence can be considered city pop. It is a type of Japanese pop that has an urban feel to it which somehow makes you nostalgic about the life you lived in Japan in the 80's, even if you weren't born by that time or have never even been to Japan. A truly exquisite type of music that can change the atmosphere in seconds.

Based person: Have you listened to Tatsuro Yamashita? He's a great singer.
Cringe person: Wait, is that guy a city pop artist? Ewww city pop is trash and I'm a dumbass that agrees with the other definition on urbandictionary
