Tokkie

The Dutch use the term "Tokkie" often as a pejorative for one or more (usually less educated) individuals with predominantly negative qualities and anti-social behavior. Tokkie behavior often has to do with playing a victim role and racism card towards emigrants/refugees by white people (/a Dutchman).

A "Tokkie" is similar to the knowing character of a Karen.
