Derived from the show This Is Us (season 4), when Toby begins working out daily as his wife Kate cares for their premature, blind baby.

My girlfriend only ate mac & cheese when she was cramming for her finals, so I tobyed her — went keto, started going to cross fit, and lost 10 pounds.
