Get the Mom selfiemug. Ladera moms are the foulest creatures in the land. They are in a Facebook group called ladera moms where they catch the “naughty” children of Ladera Ranch. An example of being “naughty” is being loud in front of someone’s house. They will take a picture of you and submit it to the group. I have studied these creatures for many days. They usually have blond hair, have a name like “Laura”, wear sunglasses all the time, wear a hat by billabong that says California love that has the California state flag on it, and talk in question form like “I’m going to the mall today?” They are all in some sort of workout class. They are always on their phone and go into some sort of universe while on their phone. If you try to talk to them they won’t hear you and if you even touch them while texts my they won’t even feel it

This person may or may not even believe in crystal healing or chakra alignment, but they know a TON about it. Holistic remedies include, but are not limited to, the following: Meditation practices, teas, herbs, tonics, essential oils, crystals, chakras, color healing, Feng Shui, Reiki healing, etc. They often share this knowledge randomly with friends and family.
