1. A variant of the standard 'tweaker' that "geeks" more than usual. They will often perform acts that are borderline insane.

2. When someone acts so weird that saying they're 'geeking' is an understatement.

Bob: " Hey did u hear about those methheads by the Walmart? I heard they started eating each others faces off bro"
Jim: "Oh hell naw. These geekazoids are getting out of hand bruh"

Example 2 -

AJ: "Yo bro did you see when William pulled his pants down and started yodeling in the middle of the cafeteria?"
Frank: "Yes bruh. wtmm he's on some geekazoid type shit"
