A cheap guy is a cheap guy. The worst of all the cheap guys is, the cheapest guys of all the cheap guys.

They are brats, and rude. They’d rather watch Aquaman then go spend time with family. So you refer to buttholes as a cheap guy

Boy: hey wanna hang out later?
Boy#2: sorry I can’t, I wanna watch aquaman then see you.
