Hit Tag

The act of tagging youtube (or similar sites) videos with irrelevant words or phrases, so it will come up in popular searches, giving the video more hits or views.

Jeff: Did you find that video of the T-Rex eating a monster truck on youtube?

Dave: I thought I did, but it turned out it was just a hit tag.

Fiend hit

When you smoke a cigarette off the but you hold it and smoke through your thumb and pointer finger to act as a filter rather than putting your lips on the actual cigarette filter. Some trick fiends would do to avoid catching any disease from whoever previously smoked it.

"Hey dude I went to walmart and got a couple boges from the ashtray, you want one?"

"Yeah, but im gonna fiend hit it."

A type of media that found success years/months/weeks/days after its release.

Duncan Laurence’s Arcade, which is a song, is an example of a sleeper hit. It represented the Netherlands (and also their winning song) at the 2019 Eurovision Song Contest and later went viral on TikTok in 2021.
