There is absolutely nothing you can physically or mentally do to prepare yourself for your cedar moment but it will happen regardless. Getting Cedar’d could be anything from breaking chairs, to Sean one two comboing you in front of your girlfriend. Also know as a very unpredictable phenomenon.
