According to Creed from "The Office", "Everyone likes bowling, so this is a phrase for when you want to tell someone to stay positive. For example, if someone tells you they lost their job, you can just tell them to keep it bowlin’ and that’ll cheer them up."

A phrase used when someone offers you useless or moronic advice, which will be immediately disregarded but you do not want to offend them, sparing their weak minds.
Them: Hey maybe you should join the Army. You know that its a great way to see the world. You will become more of an individual and nowadays they can place you in jobs that won't involve you having your limbs blown off or your face looking like Freddy Krueger's.
You: Ya, sure. I'm gonna keep that in mind.

"Keep it Kingspade" or "Keepin it Kingspade" is a slogan which means "To keep a Kingspade lifestyle" or to toke bud and reek havoc all the time. It's used similarly to the "DGAF style" and was derived from a 904-SRH.
