Someone with a high opinion of themself (that doesn't consider themself a narcissist, a sociopath, or two-faced).

The sociopath didn't see any negative qualities in himself/herself. If you gave him/her a brush, you got a Sistine chapel. If you gave him/her a pen, you got a bible or a book on philosophy like The Allegory of the Cave.
