A douchebag comment generally used by the office tool, it means that someone who is exceptionally good will distinguish himself from others and be noticed.

Taken from the homogenisation process of milk; during this process, the lighter fatty portions of the milk rise to the top due to lesser density. These fatty portions are then skimmed and made into a separate product: cream.
