The poisoned youth aka T.P.Y is a group/gang originated in Alvin tx. T.P.Y was created by a group of friends but most of them have now pasted/ died off. The only remaining friend is now the leader who’s name is skye but is reffed to as TECHIØN (tech-E- on ) They are a peaceful group and currently have no enemies or real meaning as the new leader has changed the way the group functions. If you do meet TECHIØN or are her friend Consider yourself lucky because it’s not often she takes in others or talks to them. If you do talk to her DO NOT mention issac unless you are well aquatinted with her.
