he is a physics genius and did a cube club with the physics teacher and is just so so so amazing. Just kidding (maybe). A neil is someone who is fun to joke around with and agrees with me that boys bathrooms are disgusting. He also needs to talk to a therapist because he got tramautised by a kid named Paul at the urinal. He also doesn't wear shoes inside the house like a good boy.
