Yellow, leather, insulated mittens from Minnesota.

Origin: Motorcyclists eager to get their bikes out after a long Minnesota winter would head out of state on their bikes wearing these yellow mittens for warmth. They would show up in the warmer climates still wearing their mittens and out of towners started calling the yellow mittens "choppers" in reference to both their bikes and winter weather gear.

Out of towner biker: Nice yellow gloves dickhole!

Minnesota biker:They're not gloves they're choppers you vagina monologue.

Topper Chopper

This is very similar to a topper, one that will try to top anything you say or do with something they have done better. However, a Topper Chopper is someone that will chop a person down if they can't top them. Once they feel they are being out-topped, they will turn to trying to degrade you, rip you and insult you in any way possible, showing they are better than you.

Want to have some fun? Get a Topper and a Topper Chopper together. Or, if you dare...try to get two Topper Choppers together, but beware; they may come to blows.

Out for beers after a round of golf.

Normal Dude: "Hey everyone, I just shot an 81, my personal best on this course. Beers are on me."

Topper Chopper: I shot a 79 here two weeks ago.
