Bias is used to name the favourite member of a K-pop band.

Bias is used instead of "Oh my god, Lee Felix is my absolute favourite from Stray Kids!" As "Lee Felix is my Bias from Stray Kids!"
Or as

Person 1: Hey who's your favourite member of Stray Kids?

Me: Oh my bias is Lee Felix! HIS FRECKLES ARE SO CUTE! *faints from fangirling*
