A younger version of a bopper, or a female that associates with men simply because of their status...definitely ratchet.
Usually, the child of a lifetime bopper.

Most often found with other baby bopps.

Kacy: "Oh dear gawd, i went to Walmart today and there was a bopper and her baby ratchet dancing in the electronics section. I didn't know if was ok for kids under 7 to have weaves and bounce in the splits."
