When you are tried for a crime and are found innocent you may not be tried again for the same crime.

Usually found in cans, though some good beers, such as Sierra Nevada, can be found in double-wide bottles. A close relative of the forty; consumed when you want to get just a little crunk, but not so much you'll have a hangover the next morning.
