Chris Riot

A punk rock dude that is originally from Northwest Florida. He's a decent musician, but will tell you some of the worst jokes ever. He enjoys to listen to Lady Gaga far too much. Sometimes you can catch him playing drums in the band The Chodes, and a few other groups. He's quite talented in a kitchen, but drinks lethal amounts of tequila if he is in possession of any. It's astonishing he still walks this Earth in good health.

Stop talking about ABBA so much. You sound like Chris Riot.

A certain type of situation where Riot Games™ nerf a champion, nerf it again, nerf the item that caused the previously nerfed champion to become too strong and then leave the champion untouched with no compensation buffs.

Person 1: ''Champion A was nerfed a while ago because of item A, and item A got nerfed today. Why isn't Riot Games giving champion A any compensation buffs?''
Person 2: ''The Riot Special.''
