The act of moving your car when you're stuck in traffic or at a red light and your radio goes fuzzy. In this act, one moves their car an inch in order to fix the fuzzy radio.
This can also have the opposite effect just making the radio worse.

Get the queen radiomug. Revolution Radio is the twelfth studio album by American punk rock band Green Day, released on October 7, 2016, through Reprise Records. It is Green Day's first album since 21st Century Breakdown (2009) to be recorded as a trio after Jason White returned to being a touring member in 2016. The album received positive reviews from music critics, appearing on multiple year-end lists, and earned 95,000 first-week album-equivalent units in the US to debut at number one on the Billboard 200. In my opinion, the album that saved Green Day after the abomination trilogy that shall not be named. Features excellent tracks like "Bang Bang", "Outlaws", "Too Dumb To Die" and "Forever Now".

Get the revolution radiomug. I told Jose, "Spot Tricks hosts an e-radio program." "What's that?", he asksed. "It's a radio program broadcast—actually webcast—on the web, not on conventional radios", I replied. "Cool", he said.
