Someone who blows something small way out of proportion, and acts in a childish manner. Such repercussions would be the actions of this person being petty, in that they speak back passive aggressively, or through passive aggressive actions. Such as throwing a traffic cone into the woods for a parking violation they committed.

That man Mason a bitch and is petty as fuck for throwing that traffic cone. Not to mention he ugly as shit.
