Extreme dare is just a dare, gone extreme. (Hence the name)

If kissing would be the dare, then making out would be the extreme dare.

When someone sticks to their political beliefs and party so much that they cannot admit when they are wrong. They can only see Black and White. They do what's good for their party and themselves instead of what's good for the masses.
