They get over obsessive or not attached at all. Relationships almost never last long and they are off to the next girl. Getting in a relationship with a Manwhores is not recommended however manwhores make grate friends because they are funny, emotional and vary charitable. Plus if you are looking for a one-time thing with no emotional attachment like I said manwhores are grate friends.
